Review on Chartwise by Andy Baudoin

I like how user-friendly it is for new users. It's pretty easy to use. The customer service has been great as well. Not much at this time. Would be nice if there was an update or a software upgrade available to add more features and functionality. This is not my favorite program for charting patient info. I use it for billing and it works well but it can get confusing when you're trying to input multiple items on one screen. Sometimes I feel like I'm doing everything wrong because it's very hard for me to understand where to put in what information. It makes it so much easier to just print the charts out and then fill them in later.
