This jug leaks the spout. I bought this to fill pet water bowls and figured the spillage around the bowl was from cats playing with the bowl (like cats do). nope When I was pouring it this morning I saw it dripping out of the ball joint spout onto the floor. Snap cap removed, dried and reattached. It's still flowing, not just dripping. Also, while the snap cap is very secure, it is very difficult *to put* on. The disc is very thick (a good thing) which means you have to press really, really hard to get the latches under the lip (not a good thing) that it looks like it's going to break eventually. or worn so that the latches do not engage properly.
