Disgusting. The hair is embedded in the plastic from which it is made. The photos don't show how much hair and dirt it has. I wiped it off, thinking it was just on the surface, but it wasn't. The hair got in there when the plastic was liquid, and now it's petrified in there.

I have a leak in the spout area. When I cap it and shake to mix my drink, it spits liquid all over the place and spills out the spout. So I thought maybe you just can't do it. But it also drips out from under the spout when you pour it out. It doesn't matter if the spout is fully open or ajar, it will still drip. I'm past my window to come back but I won't be buying again and will recommend to anyone.

At first I liked it until a crack appeared in the bottom of the glass. It was moved to the back top shelf which is presumably colder in my fridge so the juice is a little frozen. Anyway, it ended up with the damn thing breaking and it didn't even last a month. And you MUST line it up perfectly before snapping both locks on either side of the jug on the lid and it WILL leak. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Waste of your well-earned dollars!

This jug leaks the spout. I bought this to fill pet water bowls and figured the spillage around the bowl was from cats playing with the bowl (like cats do). nope When I was pouring it this morning I saw it dripping out of the ball joint spout onto the floor. Snap cap removed, dried and reattached. It's still flowing, not just dripping. Also, while the snap cap is very secure, it is very difficult *to put* on. This is a small, well made jug that would be great for a dorm or RV resident. It's a durable jug and designed for smaller fridges, which is why I bought it. What I didn't expect was how difficult it would be to put the lid on or open the spout. Like many people in their 70s, I had trouble using the pitcher because everything is so tight. Women will most likely snap a nail or two with this pitcher, but I don't think most men will have any problems unless they have arthritis or some other hand…

Media could not be loaded. Finally! A pitcher that doesn't leak! I mean - that would do. I would accept a spherical jug which I would have to carefully balance between the eggs and milk container if it didn't leak. They didn't stop without a leak, they made it thin so you could stick it in your fridge. No, they didn't stop there, they developed this "no bulge" dispensing system that uses a small air hole to force the air out when pouring. Danger! You get a full, quick fill. The way you open and
