Just received this steam mop today. Works perfectly! The device is well made and produces amazingly hot vapor. Now I don't have to pull the steam cleaner out of the canister for a quick inspection before guests arrive! Donate your Shark to your local landfill as this device emits a constant stream of vapor while the trigger is pulled; no "tweet tweet" action. The triangular head gets where the shark can't: in corners and around table legs. Be warned, though: the bottom will be, um, a little damp, unlike a steamer. Also dries quickly in Missouri. I recommend. UPDATE: 6/26/17 From day one the mop "hums" and then starts to steam; Sometimes I wondered if the buzzing would stop. Today the device only buzzes! By the way, Revain does not have replaceable water filters! NEXT! Trash day, today, I think I'll give the mop one more try before donating it to the landfill. I am not paying $30 to ship this back to Canada like others have done. I'll probably have to try another brand. The hands and knees method is indeed the best, but why can't you make a quality steam cleaner?
