Works as advertised, good price
The replacement remote for my Dyson Cool Tower fan worked out of the box with no issues. I'm happy with the cost. They have provided a leaflet that tells you how to reprogram the remote if you accidentally bought it for a similar model fan. It looks like returning it would be easy if it's a completely wrong remote. They show a picture where you can find your model number in this case. They seem to want you to be happy with your purchase.
