Review on CONQUECO by Luis Estrella

My time at CONQUECO left me feeling incredibly let down. First off, they had awful customer service. To contact with a representative, I had to wait over an hour on hold, and when I did finally get through, they were unhelpful and dismissed my concerns. In addition, the things I received were of poor quality. The clothes I received was constructed of low-quality materials that quickly wrinkled and faded, and the shoes I got broke apart after only a few uses. Furthermore, there were discrepancies in the sizes, with some goods being small and others being huge. The return procedure was a nightmare, which only made things worse. To receive a response from their customer care personnel, I had to go through a number of hoops, and it took weeks for my refund to be finalized. Overall, I would not advise visiting CONQUECO to shop. It is a waste of time and money due to the subpar customer service and inferior goods. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the trouble and purchase your jewelry, shoes, and clothing elsewhere.
