We have ordered a product and received a product that will expire in 3 months, when we need a product that will last a year (we have bought the same product before and it came with an expired obtain eligibility). This makes the product last for a year.) We need the product for 1 year for my mother to use as she needs it every day for work which will last her around 1 year. 1 year to fully use it. After requesting a replacement, a new one arrived, this time DAMAGED with a dent on the side of the product along with the damaged packaging it came in. The product also expires after 5 months, although we have specifically asked for it to be given a more appropriate expiration date to suit our needs. We are very unhappy that trying to purchase another product made the situation worse. We will return this product and ask for our money back.
