Review on IntelliTICKET by Chris Burns

The ability for us as an organization that uses it daily at work (police department) has been able to keep track of all tickets we need access too in one place! It allows you have your phone with uo if needed but also keeps everything organized so when I do get my computer back home there's no confusion about what ticket number goes where or who needs information from me regarding them etc.. not much dislike just some minor things like having multiple options would be nice - maybe more fields could go into each option? But other then this its great!! Best software out their hands down. Have used many different programs over time to solve our problems/issues related to police business only using ITicket makes life easier by keeping everyone up date via email reminders ect...
