In spite of the numerous attempts I made to get in touch with the company's customer support team, I received no response and no assistance. They didn't accept any responsibility for the poor quality of the things they sold, and it was quite evident that making a sale was their first concern, not ensuring that the customers were happy. In conclusion, I will say that Gute is not a company that I would suggest to anyone searching for home decor products of a high quality and great customer service. My interactions with the company were underwhelming, and as a result, I am sorry that I spent money on any of their offerings. I would advise you to explore elsewhere for a dependable and trustworthy internet retailer if you are on the hunt for one.
