This smartphone holder has proven to be a life saver in cities unfamiliar to me. I travel a lot for work and before I bought my rental car I would have had trouble finding a place to put my phone so I didn't have to hold it in my hand to see the navigation instructions while driving. As long as you lose the ability to use an air conditioner vent while the product and device are in use, it is a small price to pay to keep your eyes on the road and get to your destination safe and sound reach. I've been able to successfully use Siri to send voice-to-text, make calls, get directions, and view directions from all the different map apps with no issues. I have an iPhone 6+ and while it does weigh a bit you shouldn't have too much trouble as long as you tighten the nut on the mount packaging. I would recommend this product to anyone who hasn't already had a built in sat nav or something like Apple CarLink in their car.
