It takes a long time to cook, but it works.

UPDATE: I finally decided to time it and it takes at least 30 minutes to heat up the waffle maker. Each waffle is then cooked for 10 minutes to become soft and deep fried. By the time an hour had passed I had darker waffles although they were still not crispy. Too much time is spent preparing breakfast, especially as there are ten of us! There are interchangeable non-stick plates so they can be used not only to make waffles, but also to make panini or filled sandwiches. The stainless steel plates can be easily attached and detached. As these are non-stick plates they should never be sprayed with cooking spray as this will ultimately ruin the surface. Lubricate them with vegetable oil and nothing will stick. I decided to make a large batch of waffles so the kids could just warm them up in the morning. This waffle maker bakes 2 squares long. Alexa says the average baking time for a waffle is three minutes. This device takes twice as much. Sandwich plates are handy for making sandwiches quickly. Place two slices of bread on a plate, place the filling so that the bread can be pressed into the triangular indentations. Top with two more slices of bread and close the lid. The sandwich will be hot immediately, it can be removed from the plate and cut in half. Before baking, spread the outside of the bread like fried cheese. Toppings can be as simple as cheese, or they can be used to make a melted tuna or hot turkey sandwich. Peanut butter and jelly work really well too. The panini press adds marks to the bread and presses the sandwich flatter than sandwich panels. It's handy to have a kitchen gadget that can do more than one thing. The only thing I miss is that the instruction manual and box tell you how to use everything and give warnings. What I had to have with these materials were the recipes. I was surprised that there were no waffle recipes, including different versions, as well as suggestions for a sandwich maker and panini press. I ended up buying a mix of pancakes and waffles. Of course it's much easier, but sometimes I like additional suggestions and ideas for other purposes. I plan to use the cornbread mix to make waffles that I can drizzle with Mexican meat sauce. The only problem we have with this waffle maker is that it takes a long time to cook and we don't have a comfortable place on it either. the actual manufacturer of storage disks. Recipes would be nice too.
