Review on 🐠 Enhanced Fish Mate P7000 Automatic Pond Fish Feeder by Samantha Dixon

Bought holiday just a week ago as we realized regular holiday food would not do for our carp pond. Read so many reviews of different products and realize that this is our best option. We thought we figured it out before we left town but returned home to a pond that was severely overfed and our largest koi were dead. Our pond pump also stopped while we were away - possibly as a result of a storm - so we can't be sure what led to us losing 3 big fish, probably a 'comedy of mistakes' situation. Sad as it is I think this feeder is a fantastic option and we will be working to optimize it - we have time ahead of a much longer 5 week trip next summer. What did we learn? We will use this feeder when we are home to keep track of feeding levels and when we are away for a few weeks we will ask a neighbor or friend to check the pond more often. Overall we're happy with the purchase but didn't factor in the learning curve.
