Easy to learn with intuitive UI that is easy for anyone without technical knowhow or experience to understand how it works! Provides all necessary information about every job including who printed what & when from anywhere within your organization (even if they're not logged onto our system).
It provides detailed reports showing exactly which printers were used where/when so you can easily track down issues like jams / toner depletion etc., as well as allowing us to manage reprinting jobs more efficiently - we no longer have to wait days between prints due to reprints being sent out too soon after an initial run has been completed. There are some minor usability problems but I believe these will be addressed shortly via updates once new versions come available. We've found this product extremely useful because everything's neatly organized under one roof and there isn't any need anymore to log time sheets manually since.
