As a life coach, I constantly advise my clients to exercise caution when making purchases online. Unfortunately, my most recent interaction with COGEEK was quite disappointing. Although their website was simple to use, the products were of poor quality, and the rates were not as inexpensive as claimed. But their customer care was what most dissatisfied me. The customer support staff wasn't responsive when I had a problem with my order and was also unhelpful. They took a while to answer my questions, and when they did, they were rude and disrespectful. Overall, COGEEK's poor customer service makes it impossible for me to endorse them to anyone searching for automotive accessories.
