The ESM Solutions service delivery team was very knowledgeable and personable. They were easy to work with and had a good sense of humor. I didn't like that I had to switch offices to get to the main office. I was located in the middle of nowhere. The nearest Starbucks was over an hour away. I would have to drive out to the city for the occasional meeting or phone call. I never feel like I am in the loop and I am kept in the dark until the next day about meetings or phone calls I am expected to be at. I would highly recommend ESM Solutions as they are a great vendor. I would like to thank the team at ESM Solutions for the great experience I had working with them. We had some pretty significant issues with our phone system. We were having a lot of issues with our PBX being down and not being able to access.
