First, the customer service provided by the BOIFUN team is amazing. I received a defective item and they immediately helped me to fix the problem. 5/5 stars. really worth buying just for their customer support. Ok for a review. If you're looking for a portable monitor that can be powered with a single cord, this is MORE than you need. It honestly outperformed some of my displays from other big brands. Pros: 1. The colors are fantastic. Not sure if you can tell from my 6 second video but the colors are really amazing. The screen is also bright and clear. It really is what you would expect from an IPS.2 screen. The ability to use a single USB-C/Thunderbolt cable makes this monitor very special. I had a 27 inch ASUS monitor. But after using it, I gave up the large display in favor of flexibility and everyday use. Now I can work from anywhere and don't have to be chained to my desktop. Amazing.3. The HDMI signal also works great. I experienced very little latency. Definitely good enough for gaming (unless you're an avid gamer).4. I love the quality of this monitor. Not sure if it's metal/aluminum but it's a good weight and looks very solid.5. The case feels comfortable. It really was a lot better than I thought. It has a magnet and can be easily removed.6. This monitor has a FLAT back and is very thin. That's one of the qualities I've been looking for in a monitor. I didn't like that other budget monitors have a bevel and it gets thinner. To be honest I think it makes the controls/ergonomics a lot more awkward and doesn't sit on a desk without a case. It's much more versatile and almost tablet-like in handling. A pencil hole comes in handy more often than you think. it's a nice touch. Cons: * Take this with a grain of salt, I'm a picky consumer so I still leave reviews even though I give some items 5 stars! 1. OSB Micro USB is. I am not sure. This can be useful, but the included adapter is very small, so my mouse's USB-A port feels like it's about to pop out almost every time. It works, but it definitely doesn't look good and the connection is a bit bad.2. The speakers are very average. I'd recommend getting a small portable bluetooth speaker and using that as your audio source when you're out and about. They work, so that's the important part.3. I wish there was an interchangeable USB-C connector on the other side for display or even power. I think this gives you extra flexibility in wiring this thing.4. VESA mount is not supported. Since I bought it for portability, I don't care. but for some this can be a disadvantage. I wish they had a 1/4" mount 20 on the sides. Then you can mount it on a separate accessory or even on a tripod. Conclusions: If you're looking for a budget monitor that won't break the bank blasts and delivers fantastic pictures AND you don't care about internal audio buy this monitor.To be honest the customer service alone will ONLY make me come back to this company for future products.Thanks BOIFUN.
