The product was of good quality, the fabric is fully stretchable which is great for petticoats. It can snag but not tear, it may just look more worn down than regular underwear over time if it's not cotton. I was very happy with the quality for the price. I couldn't keep them for two reasons: 1. They were too big for the stretch, I was expecting them to be a bit smaller. I ordered (toddler) 2-4 for my skinny 5 year old daughter and they really stayed up because she was skinnier than she needed to stretch from them. It does have a few 2T bottoms but I switched them to 4T at Target/Nike/Gap and they don't fall off. I would say she is almost 4ft 45lbs (so long and skinny) if that helps you choose your size. they were too long for her school skirts, they would have been visible if she had stood up straight. They hit mid-thigh on her long body, so it might work with some skirts, but not most of her dresses.
