Great for tracking employees' hours

I like that there are so many options to choose from when it comes to different rewards programs. It's easy to set up and manage your program. You can also customize the notifications you receive with each reward. The app isn't always intuitive to use. Sometimes you have to tap multiple times before an option will appear. There are some rewards that are not offered in other states. For example, we offer free tickets to local concerts and sporting events but it doesn't seem like those are available in certain states. Make sure you look into all of the benefits you have available to you before signing up. We were able to offer our team members incentives that they enjoy using. They love taking advantage of the perks! I like how easy it was to set up! It's very user friendly as well - once you get used with your account setup options (e-mail notifications etc.) there isn't much that can go wrong or be confusing about using this software system at all!! We use Tmax in our office setting which helps us keep track of employee attendance easily without having them fill out paper time cards anymore.

  • Very simple interface for employees & staffers alike..easy access through mobile devices too.no more filling paperwork forms just punching numbers!!! :) Great customer service if issues arise along way...great support group is here whenever needed..all my questions answered promptly by wonderful people who make me feel appreciated everytime i call/email their great help center folks:) ! Love everything about ticket max!!!! :))))) Thanks guys : )
