Unfortunately it didn't work on my wife's Ford Edge but that's not Start-X's fault. We bought my wife's car used and it has an aftermarket alarm that prevents the remote start from working. I am giving 5 stars because of the company's excellent customer service. They tried everything in the world to make it work. They called me on weekends and even Sunday afternoons while I was working on it to discuss it with me. They called Ford's top engineers to try and find a workaround for me, they did everything they could to make it work. I will say that if I ever need another remote starter I will do my best to use Start-X solely because of their incredible customer service.
