Review on 🏰 Enchanting Bigjigs Toys Heritage Playset Cottage: Immerse in Imaginative Playtime Bliss by Brian Fisher

I really want to fall in love with this doll house. And to be honest this can only be my experience and can't happen to anyone else. I got this for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas and she really loves it as does my 5 year old. The furniture is really solid, the people are nice, the colors are bright and beautiful. I have a car and nursery from another company and they go very well with it. The problem is building the house. The front panel with the front door does not stay on because a small piece broke off - I suspect during shipping as it was out of the box - which needs to be inserted into the hole to keep the panel in place and open and close. There was a piece on the bottom that needed to be screwed in, but the holes were too big or something because the screws just fell out and all the bigger screws we have are too long. Then there's the piece that goes in, which I think is called the support beam in the directions. It is meant to be slid into the side baffle and bolted on to add extra support. The slot was not large enough to prevent snapping. I couldn't figure out how to fix this, but luckily the house doesn't seem to need it. I hope this continues to be confirmed. To be honest I would return it except I already got rid of the box and had to ship it through shipitapo.com and I'm not sure how returning an item through them works. If I could share my rating I would give it 5 stars for cuteness and fun but only 1 or 2 stars for durability and construction. :-(
