We bought this dollhouse for our 3 year old granddaughter. It's quite durable, easy to assemble, paint colors as the picture. Very beautiful! Best Birthday Surprise. This dollhouse is absolutely gorgeous. The windows, sliding door, detachable ladder, painted roof and all the furniture are perfect for my little one. The assembly instructions are terrible. Literally a few pictures and clearly missing steps. Luckily my husband was able to figure this out, but it definitely tested his patience. Beautiful dollhouse. Its size is spot on, perfect for our four year old granddaughter, it's not as huge as many are now. It fits well on a low table. We love that the house is beautifully painted, while many of the dollhouses we looked at had a blank front and children could only access from the back.
