I bought this for my mother-in-law who spends several hours every day on her cellphone. She was using the cheap Apple wired headphones that came with her phone, but the cords got in the way. This wireless headset was a welcome replacement. I chose this option over the in-ear because I thought the sound quality would be better with a longer mic stand. So far so good - she reported that she had no hearing problems or vice versa. The earbud itself can be rotated in all directions, creating a custom fit for each ear. It also comes with a nice magnetic case and several different sized ear tips. Pairing with my MIL iPhone 8+ was very easy and this headset stayed paired with no issues.
