Youth size instead of adult size on request

I ordered this item one size smaller for an adult as it was optional at purchase. To my surprise, it arrived in a small size for teenagers! There was no indication anywhere in the order that this didn't appear to be available in an adult size. Return for refund or exchange. Please update your item description as it comes in adult sizes but apparently not.
