Review on ☕️ Set of 6 Clear Anchor Hocking 16-oz Café Glass Coffee Mugs by Fred Griffin

1 star overall. I started using 5 of the 6 chip free cups that arrived a few days ago. It's glass, I understand. Things happen. Wanted to ask for a replacement today. However, what should NOT happen with a product for storing very hot liquids is that the cup explodes a few seconds after I pour water from my kettle to make a cup of tea! He almost hit me and my kitten who happily ate my sock until I jumped/pushed us out of the way after hearing a sharp pop and seeing the water coming towards us. Here's what the mug looked like afterwards (and after checking the kitten for moisture/burns and before I started cleaning. I'm trying to be as polite as possible, but I'm VERY unhappy. Kitty aside, my youngest daughter loves it to make me tea if it happened to her and not the kitten and me.
