DISCLAIMER: This review is solely based on my personal experience/usage of the product. Yours might be different.This little pillow does the job to help stretch out a stiff neck. I work in front of a computer for very long hours every day and my shoulders and neck get very stiffy and tired. After a long day, rest on this little relaxer is the best. I do so for about 10-15 minutes at a time. Sometimes I also lay on my sides as well.The one issue I have is the material they use to make this relaxer. I thought it was just a simple colored acrylic/plastic piece. But when I tried to clean it when rubbing alcohol, the color kept coming off and dyed both my hands and clothes.
