Review on Grohe 40412001 Filter 792 5 Gallon: Ultimate Water Filtration Solution by Walter Martin

I recently submitted a buildcom blast for sending a fake filter. I sent it back and ordered two more: one directly from Grohe and one from the company that sold me the system. Both arrived, one yesterday and one today: both are exactly the same as the ones I sent back to buildcom. Remember that now the size of the filter is different, the color of the label is different, the packaging is different, the cap on the filter is different; In short, everything related to filters and packaging is different than it was a few months ago and the filters that Grohe now offers. Such information would be nice, but it wasn't listed anywhere. The image and description are outdated. We love our setup so much that we've upgraded to a 15ft tank and refill it a lot less often. Grohe could have improved the documentation and support, but the thing itself is great.
