Excellent for the price

I'm certainly not a monitor expert, but this was great to use on my daily driver desktop. It replaced a Dell 60Hz 1050p OEM monitor I used. The reason I kept the old Dell for so long was that it had great vivid colors despite the low resolution. This monitor is also an excellent choice for color reproduction; The colors are bright and the black is very dark. It's also very punchy, and on a 60Hz panel, 144Hz makes a HUGE difference. Everything seems ridiculously smooth, even the desktop. Very cool if your GPU can keep up. Remember to change your monitor settings, the default is set to 60Hz! This monitor seems to be designed for gamers, but movies and videos also look fantastic on it. I could take the corner or exit it, but that makes it a little bit more exciting. My biggest criticism of this display is that it's a bit washed out. Watch something with sharp contrast, move the screen and you'll see halos. It's by no means a deal breaker, but it's not ideal for a high refresh rate gaming monitor. In the end, it's buttery smooth, refreshingly bright, super sharp, durable, and when prices drop to around $240 I'd say it's more than worth it. I will keep this for years to come!
