If you expect them to work as well as the good ones you get in Golf Galaxy or Dicks you will be disappointed. They are very thin and usually only take a hit or two before being crushed. They show the point of impact well, but due to the thinness, they don't show if it was a hard hit or how much lateral spin it was. I got over this by wearing two at a time and luckily you get a ton of them. . From our side they will cover the entire face, maybe not on the irons to improve play because the faces are so big, but I have a lot of overlap on my MBs so maybe. I don't use them for the driver either, but I suspect they would be much better since there are no grooves to compress into.
