I like that it has all of my contacts in one place, so if there is an update with them they are automatically updated for me! This can be seen as very helpful but also overwhelming at times when you have over 800 people under your contact list (which most do!). They need to make sure their software isn't too difficult/expensive at first before getting more users onboard because some customers don’t know how beneficial this tool will actually help out their business needs until after implementation. It helps us keep track off our sales pipeline by being able to quickly see what leads we currently own versus which ones fall through into other departments' hands such as marketing & development teams.
