Review on Olympus 142665 DM 620 Voice Recorder by Alvin Bonifacio

After trying a few new DVRs and supposedly great apps I returned to the Olympus DM-620 and still wasn't happy with it. I record business meetings (online and in person), sometimes from my phone, sometimes in noisy rooms at events, and the DM-620 has never let me down in terms of ease of use and recording quality. The only downside is that last year when my PC upgraded to Windows 10, the Sonority software crashed so I can't play recordings directly from this app. My workaround was to copy the recordings to the desktop and play them using Windows Media Player. Olympus support can't figure out why I keep getting a runtime error and I just don't have time to call them about it. So if you don't mind losing the bells and whistles that Sonority's software offers in their playback app, this DVR works great.
