I was going to give it 3 stars but it's better for 2 IMO what's good? The ability to recline the back of the chair is good. I'm 6ft 2in, 175lbs and the width of the chair fits my back perfectly. It's ergonomic. What's happening? and that might seem like a silly thing, but the fact is that it's impractical at times due to the limited movement created by the sides of part of the seat. The chair arms twist slightly, the slightest swipe and they spin. The right side actually falls down from time to time and I just push with my elbows to adjust the position of my buttocks on the seat. The seat itself is VERY hard for fit people. You have a mouse pad, which is a real pad, then you put it on a piece of hardwood and sit on it. If I were you, I would stay away from that chair.
