FacilWorks - A Great Product For All Types Of Business
The best part of this system is that it can be used by any size business without much hassle or training required to use its features.
It also has some great reporting tools which makes analyzing data very easy for end users as well as IT support team members. I have not found anything in particular about the product that i dislike at all but maybe we could add more options regarding work orders and tasks/tasks list creation? Overall my experience with facilworks was good and there were no major issues encountered while using their products. We are able solve our problems relating to Asset Maintenance Management through face-to-face meetings and online chat sessions only.
Pros
- Easy integration into Microsoft SQL Server database.
- Very user friendly interface, even non technical staff should find ease when navigating within software environment.
- Ease installation & configuration process from beginning till deployment phase ends! (with proper assistance).
- Great feature set available across most modules such asset management maintenance scheduling etc.etc..(i am sure you would love them too!)
