Don't worry - get the real one.
The various buffers don't stay in place and there's no way to secure them, so they just fall out once gravity gets a chance, making the whole tool pretty much pointless. The dryer light can only handle one nail at a time (it doesn't work anyway), and changing the battery isn't worth all the hassle.
