It's not the BEST I've tried but that's an amazing deal for only $20! Drill is very smooth, very comfortable. It's very quiet and does its job well. The only thing I would like to add is to suggest more nails. Most bits are buffers. You cannot use other nail heads with this drill. And if you're making acrylic like me, there are some things this drill just can't do. This is definitely a great purchase and the sand attachment can be replaced with fine or cow crumb which helps. For 5 stars you need to create more and more varied bits.

Although we haven't tried it on our nails yet, it's great for the inevitably thicker toenails. My husband especially likes the buffing and cuticle heads so I bought replacement buffing heads. We've got some killer toenails, the "as you get older" aspect. This is perfect for me because NOBODY touches my feet and lives! I aim and kick like a mule.

Bought to work on my elderly mother's toenails, sure it will help thin her very thick fungus nails, they are too thick to cut. I'm going to buy her another one because I'm taking it for myself. I work on my cuticles, which manicurists refuse even if they try. My cuticles are literally growing over my nails. I am ashamed to show my hands, but I work professionally with my hands (dental hygiene). I slowly grind my cuticles, not too fast or you'll hurt yourself, but the results are very promising.

The various buffers don't stay in place and there's no way to secure them, so they just fall out once gravity gets a chance, making the whole tool pretty much pointless. The dryer light can only handle one nail at a time (it doesn't work anyway), and changing the battery isn't worth all the hassle.
