I bought these for my 19ft RV but tested them on my 2019 F150 and they read within 1psi of Ford's installed TPMS . Installation is as simple as screwing the gauges onto the valve stems and using an adhesive pad to secure the monitor to the dash. The monitor is small enough to be unobtrusive. My only complaint is that the instructions don't state that the vehicle has to move in order to get a signal from the sensors. They only mention that the monitor goes to sleep after 10 minutes of parking and that it can be woken up by pressing any button. After installing the sensors on my parked trailer, I received signals the first time I installed them. As soon as I turned the monitor off and then back on again, I had no readings on the monitor. I was concerned at first, but after posting the question in the Q&A section I realized I would have to travel to get a statement. Since I didn't want to hitch and pull a trailer back then, I experimented with installing sensors on my F150. It's worth noting that the sensor's signal range from the trailer to the truck seemed fine right after installing the sensors, so I'm sure this will work fine when I finally tow a trailer.
