I ordered this watch for my husband who really liked it - it looked way more expensive than it actually cost. After 19 months the needle fell out of the case. We contacted the seller to ask about the repair. They said the watch comes with a 24 month warranty. We sent a photo and order information and a week later he had a new watch. Now so many companies have forgotten the value of customer service. It was a refreshing surprise.
