Review on Walker 16449 Direct Catalytic Converter by Kholar Irvine

. Bought after a junk grade replacement, shop has cracked in two places. The Walker unit appears to be the same design as the Mitsubishi unit, which I think is a big plus as it keeps the amount of welds to a minimum. The fit and finish was perfect for the header itself. If I had to rebuild the setup I would purchase a multi-ply steel header gasket instead of the composite gasket that comes with the kit. Note that you will need to adjust the bottom spacer as it is not included (I used Walker P/N 31307) and the hardware is not included (I reused original parts).
