Very happy with these magic balls! They arrived securely packaged and looked clean; I clean them with sanitizing pads, which you can buy at Walgreens for a few dollars, and I keep them wrapped in paper towels with balls on opposite ends, then I put them in a ziplock bag and put them in the REFRIGERATOR. They don't freeze so don't need to put them in the freezer, they just cool down. I clean my face and then do skincare routines with serums and such, but I always use vitamin E oil or something that makes your face oilier so the balls can slide easily across your face. WOW, they feel sooooooo good. It's really refreshing and relaxing, I use it a few times a week now and it's the perfect complement to indulging in a more intense facial at home. They are durable, I "hooked" them together several times during use (not very difficult) and everything was fine. Plus, it's a really good price when they're still $25. I've seen some that sell for $50 and I even bought a mini for $35 and looking at them they feel good but I use the big ones more because they cover more area and are cooler and are more wonderful. One thing I mentioned badly, my globes aren't quite round, the top of each is almost rocky or has a few bumps, and I don't feel like it would use it on my face, but I've noticed , as I brushed you. I don't know how they're made, if it's blown glass or something, so for all I know it might be fine, just wanted to mention it.
