I installed the sensor in my 2003 Toyota Rav4 in sensor 2 bank 2 because it was giving code P0161. After replacing and resetting the codes, the check engine light no longer comes on. From what I've read, this is the same manufacturer and part that Toyota uses on their 2003 Rav4. So if you have a 2003 Rav4 with a similarly poor sensor, this is what you need. The only issue not related to the Denso sensor was removing the old sensor. It took a lot of strength and a ratchet extension. But once the old one was removed, the new sensor stood normally. I did my runaway test in about 5 days and passed it very well.
