Purchased from Alorair Extreme LGR in August 2019 during an industrial renovation of a whole dusty and damp house. Worked continuously for 11 months. Worked well, built in pump flowed straight into my basement sump. I used my air compressor to clean the removable filter every 3-4 days but the unit stopped working in July 2020. I have emailed customer support. They instructed me to run some diagnostics like email pictures of LCD error codes and open the device to disable the thermal sensor. A week later it turned out that this was not a quick fix. I was sent a new unit that will continue to work under the original 5 year unit warranty. Customer service would email me daily or every other day to either let me know there was a plan or that a plan was being worked on. They sent me a tracking number for a new device. After I received the replacement unit they checked to ensure the issue was resolved. Yes, it's decided. The support team did a very good job minimizing any concerns that the issue might not be resolved. Summary: The company supported the product, honored the warranty, kept in touch, minimized the fear and followed up. Yes I recommend the product and yes I would buy it again. The product "fell" but was heavily exploited in a wet, hot, dusty industrial clean-up. I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service, not only satisfied but happy, big difference
