We have many cats including a rescue agency. Over the years we have tried countless rugs. Many species do not like cats and will not even approach them. Others were far from durable and had to be thrown away after a few months. Some were a nightmare to clean up. These mats are comfortable for cats and kittens paws, easy to clean, inexpensive and very durable. We have been using this style for a few years now and the rugs last a few months. Their cost is so low that replacing them on this schedule is quite acceptable.
