Review on Twerlo by Tyrone Lee

I like how simple and easy it is to use. It doesn't have much functionality, or isn't very customizable at all. Their help section is terrible, not clear at all, and answers don't seem reliable at least from my experience with them. We used Twerlo in combination with Slack in order to create a bot which would send updates via slack whenever we had new posts in multiple channels. Very efficient for keeping us updated, and saves time on having notifications on other devices. I like how easy it is when you have an issue or question about your account with them! They are always quick at responding back in less than 30 minutes!! Sometimes they don't respond as quickly but still very good service from this team over there. Nothing really dislike so far just keep up what u guys do best. ! Customer Service/ Support Team. !!
