This rack is the worst I have ever had. The stretcher does not stand upright and does not keep its shape. It doesn't have a support frame and the bottom is a flimsy, flimsy piece of plastic that doesn't support your animal safely or comfortably in any way. I had to insert specially cut plywood into the sleeve below, but it's still not a decent product. That's hardly designed for a 20-pound animal, as the manufacturer claims. The carrier is unusable. It's nice, but that's all. I will never buy it again and will actually try to return it. It also smells strongly of chemicals when unpacked.
