I love that we can actually create our own rules, incentives and goals in order to motivate employees for reaching business objectives.

The tool also allows us to easily add new customers or users without having any technical knowledge as it's all user friendly interface and simple clicks are needed! It would be great if there was an option of exporting data from this platform into other platforms like Microsoft Excel (or even Google Sheets). Also more advanced features could have been added such as goal tracking etc. But overall, good product with excellent team behind them who care about their clients' success at every level!! Highly recommend! We use incentive logic for many different purposes which includes employee performance management, marketing strategy development/management and reward programs.
