Overall the tea tastes good. The taste is not unpleasant, which makes it easier to drink 2-3 times a day. It's mild but not nasty. Otherwise, everything else was negative for me. I bought tea to produce more milk so I can pump and breastfeed exclusively but still have enough milk to start lactation. During the day I saw a huge river. Other than that, I haven't noticed any constant changes in milk flow. It was an uncomfortable experience for my daughter. There is an ingredient in tea called fenugreek that causes a lot of children discomfort and mine was one of them. This can lead to bloating, stomach upset, constipation, constant nervousness, etc. It was a tough week for them, which made it tough for us too. I also suffered from several side effects. I will no longer use this tea to increase milk production, not worth it. Now I have to download and dump, which is the last thing I can afford right now. I really wish I could just get my money back. I do not recommend using this product unless you want a fussy, uncomfortable baby. If you need a milk retention supplement, look for something without fenugreek, as I will.
