Review on Ritatte by Gerald Barrett

I recently bought some apparel and jewelry from Ritatte, and I was utterly let down by the whole process. The products I got were of extremely poor quality and did not correspond to the website's images or descriptions. The jewelry only lasted a few wears and the apparel was ill-fitting and made of inferior materials. To make things worse, I received no response when I asked Ritatte's customer service for a refund or exchange. Numerous calls and emails later, I still haven't heard back. It is obvious that Ritatte does not care whether their customers are happy with their goods or not. At all costs, I would strongly advise staying away from this business and its goods. The hassle and irritation are not worth the subpar products and unresponsive customer service.
