My adopted dog is afraid of the street. When I first took her she didn't pee or poo for 24 hours no matter how much we walked her. She feels fine, but she still has days, and for those days we have installed artificial grass on the balcony. I tried this odor neutralizer and it really works. I've used other non-toxic solutions before but these are great. - I use a large watering can instead of a spray hose. - It is very important to use the recommended ratio. 8 grams of solution per gallon of water. If the smell is still strong after an hour (e.g. in hot weather) I just increase the amount of solution and the smell goes away completely. My watering can is 2 gallons so I mix at least 16 ounces of solution into the water. Don't skimp on the solution. I've tried it and it wasn't worth the savings.- Every time she pees in there, I water the spot copiously with a watering can for about 10 seconds.
