Used once and the strap broke at the connection with one of the hooks while riding on the track. I really hope the metal hook didn't get into poor innocent people's car. The straps are very thin and break easily. I installed it correctly but it didn't hold up well at all. I throw them away because I believe they are not safe and do not live up to their advertised carrying capacity. I was holding a small 100 pound object with no sharp edges. They caught right on the trailer D-rings and failed. Buyer Warning.
