I kick myself for not ordering this a few months ago. I had four surgeries in two years and almost every exercise I did was extremely painful, even walking down the stairs was painful. I put them on for the first time yesterday, did my usual workout - 10 miles on a stationary bike, walked 3 miles, 1 hour body pumping (weight training) and I had no pain in my knees. I am very happy that they work so well.
