We received the lighting kit and installed it on our new drone. Little did we know we couldn't take the clips out of the box to attach the mounts to the drone. On our first night flight, one of the brackets broke off, causing the drone's propeller to break and causing it to crash. Needless to say, the Lume Cube helped us a great deal in getting new mounts shipped out straight away, although this was clearly our oversight. They were very easy to contact via email and provided very good customer service given the circumstances. We look forward to getting our new mounts onto the drone and securing them properly to prevent another incident. Thank you Austin for looking after us so well!
